About Me

 HI, I'M CHELSEA! (@itschelseattle)

Hi, I’m Chelsea! I am a born-raised Seattleite and have lived in the West Seattle area my entire life (I’ve lived in the same zip code my whole life, too!) I am Amer-Asian, deaf (90% bilaterally), and am the eldest of two daughters. I currently reside in the Burien neighborhood with my parents, who just celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary in June 2017!

 I am currently employed part-time as a Starbucks Barista and am enrolled as a transfer student with ASU Online thanks to the Starbucks College Achievement Plan (I have completed some undergraduate coursework at Seattle Pacific University). My chosen major is Mass Media and Communications (affectionately known as “MCO”) and I plan to graduate in the Spring Semester of 2018. Upon graduation, I aspire to venture into the world of Social Media Marketing and work as a social media manager for a company/organization, maybe even Starbucks!

When I am not studying, you can usually find me practicing my latte art skills, trying out the newest addition to the Starbucks “Secret Menu,” reading a book, tutoring students in Algebra, volunteering at my church (New Life Burien), or experimenting with the newest social media platform.
