Communication Plan 1:

• Leading up to the adventure our group will remain in contact using facebook messenger as well as our cell phone numbers. We will have check in twice a week prior to depature at no less than 15 minutes.

• After arriving in our host country Mexico we will use the application whatsapp that is known to work the best  for communicate from inside mexico and from mexico to the united states. This will require members of our team to carry their personal cell phones on them at all times.

• If we use our resources we already have to communicate to each other it will be virtually zero cost.

• No translator will be needed due to the knowledge of english in our host country (puerto penasco, Mx is a large tourist area in which most of the locals know and are taught english)

• As a team we will check in and meet several times a week (4 out of 7 days) to insure all task are being completed and we are able to continue our journey to extend help to mexico.

Communication Plan 2:

-Onsite meeting location: Newland Bilingual College( Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez 303, Luis Donaldo Colosio, 83553 Puerto Peñasco, Son., México +52 638 102 1022 )

-Meeting times: Our group will meet four times a week twice on the days set. In the morning before visiting schools  and in the evening to discuss what has happened and plan for the following time in host country.

-Days of the week meeting with team: Monday,tuesday, wednesday and friday.

-All meetings will be held from 8am till 9am and the second meeting of the day from 7pm to 8pm.

- Personal reflection: During the evening meetings team members will be asked.

• What are some progress you have seen happen since our last meeting

• What are some downfalls you have personally experienced during this trip/ did you come up with a solution

• Do you feel like you have been able to impact anyone during your time so far here

Communication Plan 3:

Theme: “Helping to enhance the educational outreach and knowledge of resources  in our host country”

-These set of questions will be asked every night and answered through our main communication source

Probe Questions:

• How do you feel our group communication and communication with our partner organization is ?

• Do you feel like our purpose is being severed.If not what area needs improvement?

• • What have you discovered about knowledge of educational resources in our host country ?

  • In order to make the most impact during our journey, what aspects of our approach needs to be improved?
