Hi, my name is Katherine. I am a wife and mother of three children and four stepchildren. I am currently employed in the automotive service field as a Warranty Administrator and on the hunt for a management position. I am at the end of my Junior year at ASU seeking my degree in Organizational Leadership in order to further my career corporately with the automotive industry. I am a very energetic person with the drive to accomplish anything that is put in front of me. I love challenges and adventure!
My Skills:
My Fluid Skills:
Communication
Goal Setting and Performance Management
Planning and Task Coordination
Problem Solving
Mentoring
My Future Challenges I would Take ON:
I want to learn a foreign language and be able to speak it fluently. Spanish is probably the most beneficial as so many speak it today.
I will, once I have my degree, move to a corporate level in my industry. Even though it is a male dominated field, I will climb the corporate ladder to the top, no matter what obstacles are put in front of me.
I will show my children that no matter what you can do anything!
I want to travel, hopefully as part of my career, and learn new things about different places and cultures.
I want to own my own company someday and solidify a good future for my children.
Tasks I Would Rather Someone Else Take On:
I would rather not do tedious work like filing and mail. I will if I have to but would rather not.
Sewing...It’s for the birds!
I would like to never have to do laundry ever again!
I hate cooking...I do it because I have to but the kitchen is the last place that I want to be.
I would rather not ever have to drive in rush hour traffic again...Aggravating!
International Travel Experience: I have been to Puerto Penasco, Mexico (AKA Rocky Point)
